Meet Dawn
Hi there, I'm Dawn!
You can find me on my laptop all day because I am currently an Associate Digital Editor at Today Media for Westchester Magazine and Hudson Valley Magazine.
When I'm not working, I take on more work! I also freelance design. Designing has always been my favorite, and whether that’s designing a poster, a new logo, a website or a book cover, I enjoy doing so. What I love about designing is not the final product, but its process. Sure, the process can be meticulous, but solving a problem with a compelling design is such a great feeling. In the world of design, one problem can have endless, possible solutions. I aspire to produce not just a solution, but an effective and powerful one.
During my free time (that I rarely have), I enjoy painting landscapes, visiting art museums, playing with my dog and running his Instagram, drinking lots of coffee, and critiquing restaurant food by comparing it to my mom's amazing cooking skills.
